Our Story: Built on Expertise, Driven by Commitment

Our journey began with a passion for both the management and hands-on building side of construction. Starting at the field labor level, our founder, Brandon Laurito, quickly fell in love with the craft, not just overseeing projects, but truly understanding what it takes to build something from the ground up.

That passion led to earning a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, gaining experience on large-scale projects worth over $300 million, and ultimately recognizing a gap in the industry: too many firms focus on brokering contracts rather than actually building.

With that realization, we built a company that does things differently. We are builders, not brokers – fully invested in every project with skilled teams who perform the work, solve problems, and ensure seamless execution.

Whether leading as a General Contractor, Subcontractor, or Preconstruction Partner, we bring hands-on expertise and a solutions-driven mindset to every job.

Meet the Team

Brandon Laurito

Owner/Founder

Brandon is deeply passionate about construction, combining hands-on expertise with strong project management skills to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Starting from the ground up as a field laborer, he quickly fell in love with both the engineering and physical building aspects of construction. This passion led him to pursue a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, where he gained invaluable experience working on large-scale projects.

With a background in managing multimillion-dollar developments, Brandon understands the importance of balancing high-level oversight with hands-on involvement. His approach ensures that projects are not just managed efficiently but also built with the highest quality. As a firm believer in being a builder, not just a broker, he takes pride in having skin in the game—working alongside his team to bring each project to life. His dedication to quality, teamwork, and accountability makes him a trusted partner in the construction industry.

Corey Biltz

Director of Operations and Estimating

Corey manages our self-perform and subcontracting divisions. He is responsible for all estimating, procurement, and field production team management.

He came to Alliance Building Group in 2017 with a background in large scale commercial construction. Upon joining the Alliance team, he quickly stepped into the role of general superintendent; ensuring our field operations were well versed in technical details and project knowledge.

Corey is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Construction Management and an AS in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities with his family.

Ron Winchek

Director of Construction and Business Development

Ron’s role encompasses a blend of working on the business and in the business. He is responsible for day-to-day financial reporting as well as project management on key strategic accounts.

Ron is the key driver of professional management within the organization including process development, organizational structure, and strategic planning. He is also responsible for managing and developing new client relationships and business acquisition.

He has been involved in the construction industry for 15 years and has evolved from a general labor position, through various administrative and management roles.

His educational background includes a BS from the University of Cincinnati as well as various certificates from Aileron Professional Management Institute. Ron enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and working on projects around his property.

Justin Skeens

Superintendent

Justin is a Senior Superintendent who oversees our field crews in the construction of our most complex projects. He joined the team in 2014, and has organically grown from a general laborer to a pillar of field management within Alliance Building Group.

Justin’s story exemplifies the opportunity that Alliance Building Group provides to its employees. His excitement to join the team and drive to succeed, has propelled him to where he is today. He continues to pride himself on a commitment to safety, quality, production, and the development of field personnel.

Justin’s children are his pride and joy, and he enjoys going camping and fishing with them every chance he gets.

Koby Ferguson

Superintendent

Koby joined our team in 2022 and instantly stood out as a hardworking and dedicated employee. He quickly elevated into a Superintendent role and has executed many successful projects.

Alliance Building Group is extremely proud of Koby’s rapid development and his commitment to our mission.

Koby has advanced training through NCCER Core Curriculum & Introductory Craft Skills, (Construction Site Safety Orientation, Carpentry Level 1 and 2 Commercial Framing and Finishing) OSHA 10, and OHSA 30.

He enjoys working on his truck, golfing, and spending time with his family and dogs.
